When will the book be done? school is over in two days!

We are in the final editing process and I know! Luckily, it’s going to be able to be purchased through the website (not this one but the publisher’s). It takes a lot to go through each story. Be patient, keep calm, and DFTBA.

Hey there Tumblr people! So it’s been a while since an official Tumblr post. Exciting thing is: all stories (except two reeeeeaaallllyyy long ones) have been edited and sent back to their owners! The anthology is almost here. Expected to be published soon. Mid-May.

I am here, though, to get insight from you Tumblr followers. WE NEED A TITLE FOR THE ANTHOLOGY. We have everything else except for a title. We know why John Green has trouble all the time, now! It’s tough work. YOU CAN CREATE A TITLE and post it here or send a message and if we love it to the max, we’ll select it!

So please: CREATE A TITLE FOR THE ANTHOLOGY. Who knows, you could have a book named by you. Wouldn’t that be cool?? (Also, your name will be put in there, too.)

One week later (from Carmina’s event) and we have Barry Lyga! Pure insanity running around at the SPRING YOUNG AUTHOR SERIES headquarters!!

Complications

We’ve had a lot of e-mails and messages from people VERY CONFUSED about things we’ve put on the tumblr. This post is going to clear some of those up.

  1. THE DUE DATE HAS MOVED TO APRIL 14th.
  2. Don’t be afraid to turn in your work!! Confidence is key.
  3. You are allowed to turn in: POEMS (includes song lyrics), ART, PHOTOGRAPHY, and SHORT STORIES!!!
  4. If Tim hasn’t returned any of your messages he is sorry. He is very busy with the anthology, the Spring Young Author Series, and his school work! (Also, he may not have received them.)
  5. Any questions can be submitted to tarrupiper@yahoo.com or to the Tumblr on the “ASK US!” page.
  6. Publisher: Lulu.
  7. You don’t have to turn in a copy to both the Tumblr and your English teacher. Just select one and submit.
  8. Please feel free to talk to Ms. Koval about it or Tim. You can also message/e-mail them both!!
